Did you know that 99% of Real Estate buyer agents are generalists?  

When the consumer hears "buyer agent" they believe that they have an agent who is fully on their side. 

Unfortunately - that is not true.
  Agents who list property for sale (represent sellers) call themselves a buyer agent when working with a buyer.   But both they and their company also represent sellers.  Can you see the problem?  Your "buyers agent" can get into situations where they are suddenly half on the sellers side - or they may be helping out their buddy in the same office.  There are shared fax machines, file cabinets and desk spaces that have the potential to compromise your best interests.
